Screenshots are taken only while the clock is running. Pausing stops the capture itself, not just the counter.
You must share your whole screen, not a single window or tab. The shift closes if you stop sharing, and also if you navigate away from this page — keep it open in its own tab.
A screenshot captures everything that is visible, including anything personal you have open. Do not open personal accounts on this machine while the clock is running.
Only you and the administrators can see your screenshots. Storage is private, the links expire after two minutes, and no permanent link exists.
Screenshots are deleted automatically after 90 days.
You can look through your own screenshots on this page, and delete any of them — no reason needed, and nobody is told why. Deleting one removes from your paid time the stretch it was the evidence for: one capture interval, so 5 minutes at your current setting. The picture is the record of that time; without it, that time is not claimed.
If your screen stops being shared — you reload this page, close the sharing bar, or the browser drops it — the clock stops on its own straight away, and those minutes are not counted. The page tells you, in red, that it has happened. Press Resume and share your screen again to carry on the same shift; if you do not, the shift is closed for you after a few minutes and the time already covered by screenshots is paid.
Your hours come from your start, pause and stop times only — whether you chose the pause or the software stopped the clock because your screen was no longer being shared. No keystrokes and no mouse movements are recorded, and nothing you type is ever captured.
Each screenshot is stored with one number: how much the picture changed compared to the previous one, from 0 to 100. It exists so that two near-identical pictures can be told apart, and it has no effect whatsoever on your hours or your pay.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by telling the admin. Without consent you cannot clock in.

Breaks that someone chose are recorded but not listed here: a minute-by-minute list of a
person’s breaks answers no question about pay — the hours are already counted net of them —
and it is not what people agreed to when they accepted the monitoring notice. Times the
clock stopped by itself, because a screen was no longer being shared, are listed:
those are hours nobody chose to lose, and they are exactly what a disputed payslip is about.
